(1) Do not feed them human food. Food for humans usually has too much salt and strong seasonings, which will increase the physical burden on the hamsters.
(2) Do not expose them directly to the sun. Hamsters are very sensitive to heat. When summer comes, please use heat sinks or marble to help them cool down.
(3) Do not wash their bodies with water. Pudding hamsters should take a bath with the bathing sand specially made for hamsters.
(4) Please know the breed of your own hamsters. Solitary hamsters or those of different breeds should not be housed together in the same cage.
(5) If you are not psychologically prepared or don't have the financial ability, please don't house female and male hamsters together in the same cage, as hamsters have a remarkable reproductive ability.
(6) Do not use feed of unknown origin. If there are worms or it gets moldy, please discard it and don't feed it to the hamsters.
(7) Do not let the hamsters drink unboiled water. Please let them drink boiled water that has been cooled down.
(8) Do not use bamboo chopsticks, popsicle sticks and other things for the hamsters to grind their teeth. Please use the special tooth-grinding products and feed for hamsters available on the market.
(9) Do not use newspapers, facial tissues and the like as bedding materials. Newspapers have too much ink, and facial tissues contain bleach.
(10) Do not keep the hamsters in a space that is too small. The space should at least have items that hamsters usually need in daily life, such as running wheels, water bottles, food dishes and small nests.
(11) Hamsters have a strong reproductive ability. Try not to mix different hamsters together. Pay attention to separating male and female hamsters into different cages.
