(4) Bathhouse and bathing sand
If the hamster cage doesn't have a bathhouse, you need to prepare a special container as a bathhouse, like a wide - mouthed bottle. Also, buy bathing sand. When hamsters take a bath in the bathhouse, it can prevent them from running away. When cleaning the hamster cage, this bathhouse can also be used as a temporary shelter for the hamster. The hamster can stay there without worrying about it escaping. After several days of use, the bathing sand can be reused after being exposed to the sun for sterilization.
